Tours are offered most days and around our event schedule. You can schedule an in-person or virtual tour anytime through our Contact Page »

For Weddings: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (includes setup, event, and breakdown).

For Events: 4 hours or 8 hours

Weddings: $1,500 due at signing (non-refundable) 

Events: 50% due at signing (non-refundable)

Once you sign the proposal and pay the Reservation Fee.

You can supply a written notice to Tremont Lodge to cancel at any time. All payments are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

Beverage & Bar Service

Tremont Lodge is the sole provider of liquor. No outside alcohol is allowed.

No, all alcohol must be served on ice or with a mixer.

Yes, we provide a soft beverage bar package as well as mocktails, sodas, juices, coffee and tea.

1 bartender per 50 guests for events in The Lodge (upper and/or lower levels)
Bartenders are not included in the Speakeasy, Lounge or Serenade Suite and must be added if liquor is served.

1 bar setup is included.

No, any vendor who is working at your event cannot consume any alcohol.

20 guest rooms are blocked complimentary with a special discounted room rate.

Vendors

Pre‑approved caterers only, with health grade of 95+, $2M COI naming Tremont, and necessary cooking/serving equipment.

No, but you must assign a designated point of contact who is NOT a parent or in the wedding/bridal party. This person will be responsible for all decor setup, vendor contact, ceremony and timeline management for your own event if you opt to not hire a day of coordinator.

Yes, all must be approved and provide $2M COI naming Tremont Lodge & Resort as Additional Insured. Caterers also need a 95+ health grade.
Vendor Insurance can be purchased online for a nominal fee if they do not have a business policy.

During your rental time. Deliveries outside that window require written approval.

No, vendors must bring all needed equipment.
